This 13-3/8" strap hinge is flush mount and reversible for use on either left or right hand shutters. These have a lift off design that allows shutters to be easily hung or removed. Includes the strap hinge, pintle with backplate and decorative pyramid head screws. Made from solid stainless steel with a matte black finish.
