Designed with a disc tumbler mechanism, this cam lock can be master keyed, providing a tailored approach to access control. Crafted from durable pressure cast material, it ensures longevity and resilience against wear. The regular key changes deliver flexibility, allowing for 200 changes with key blank 5865JVR (5 disc) and 700 changes with key blank 8658JVR (6 disc). For master keyed systems, expect 180 changes with key blank 5860KS (5 disc) and 700 with 5861KS (6 disc). The cam positions are adaptable, as it comes standard with the cam mounted at the 12 o'clock locked position, with options to mount at 3, 6, or 9 o'clock as needed. With a regular rotation of 90 degrees from 12 to 9 o'clock, the key can only be removed in the locked position at 12. Additionally, it can also be configured for a 180-degree rotation to allow key withdrawal in both locked and unlocked positions. The satin chrome finish adds a sleek, modern touch, making it suitable for both residential and commercial use.
