CRL 10346SS Rixson Satin Stainless Multi-Function 10 Series Surface Mount Overhead Stop and Holder is designed for both new and retrofit installations, offering unparalleled versatility with its multi-function capability to hold open or stop doors. This overhead stop effectively protects doors and entryways from damage caused by wind gusts, heavy traffic, and vandalism, ensuring longevity and reliability. Accommodating medium traffic and medium weight doors, this model features a maximum opening of 110 degrees and a heavy shock-absorbing spring that compresses 5º to 7º before reaching a dead stop. The non-handed design allows for easy installation, making it suitable for both exterior and interior doors. It comes equipped with fasteners for both wood and metal doors and frames, providing a comprehensive solution for various applications. With an ANSI 156.8 Grade 1 certification, you can trust the durability and performance of this overhead stop. Rixson® Overhead Stops and Holders are used to protect both doors and entire entryways from damage caused by violent openings due to wind gusts, heavy traffic frequency, abuse, and vandalism. By limiting the door travel, they can prevent damage to the door frame, closer, hinges, and pivots. The heavy shock absorbing spring provides 5º to 7º compression before reaching a dead-stop. Maximum opening is 110 Degrees. Furnished with fasteners for both wood or metal door and frame.


NOTE: Standard 10 series overhead stops and holders are shipped for push side mounting. For pull side mounting, order Cat. No. 5258 optional mounting bracket.
