C.R. Laurence CPF10CPS Polished Stainless Curved Bottom Door Patch with 1NT301 Insert is designed for high-performance door applications, combining elegance with functionality. This patch fitting accommodates either 3/8" or 1/2" (10 or 12 mm) monolithic tempered glass, offering versatility for various projects. With a pivot setback of 2-11/16" (68 mm), it seamlessly integrates with tapered style spindle floor closers or free-swing pivots. Engineered for maximum efficiency, this fitting supports door heights of up to 102" (2.59 m), weights up to 194 lbs. (88 kg), and widths up to 42" (1.09 m). For larger doors, the use of full door rails is recommended to ensure structural integrity. Glass fabrication requires a 3/4" (19 mm) diameter hole and corner notch, and comprehensive installation instructions and templates are provided to simplify the setup process. Constructed from polished stainless steel, the CPF10CPS not only enhances aesthetic appeal but also offers corrosion resistance, though periodic maintenance is advised to maintain its finish. Polished Stainless Curved Bottom Door Patch with 1NT301 Insert

The CRL Curved Bottom Door Patch Fitting includes the Catalog Number 1NT301 Insert for use with tapered style spindle Floor Closers or Free-Swing Pivots. Gaskets are supplied that allow this Patch Fitting to be used with either 3/8" or 1/2" (10 or 12 mm) Glass.


The following guidelines are to be used when making a door using this hardware:

Maximum Height: 102" (2.59 m)
Maximum Weight: 194 lbs. (88kg)
Maximum Width: 42" (1.09 m)

If the door exceeds any of these limitations, full door rails should be used.
