C.R. Laurence DL950A Satin Anodized Touch Bar Rim Panic Exit Device is designed for optimal safety and ease of use on medium and wide stile aluminum doors. This durable panic exit device comes in both painted carbon steel and satin stainless steel finishes, ensuring it meets your aesthetic and functional needs. With a minimum force required to release the locking mechanism, it provides a reliable solution for emergency exits. Specifically fabricated to a convenient overall length of 34-7/8 inches, the DL950A is ready-to-install on standard 36-inch wide doors without any modification, while also being adaptable to fit doors as narrow as 30 inches. The device features a dogging mechanism that allows for the locking action to be defeated during business hours, enhancing accessibility. It includes a blade strike for added security. Constructed from high-quality steel, this exit device is non-handed for versatile installation. The minimum recommended door stile width is 4-1/4 inches, and it is suitable for doors with a thickness of 1-3/4 inches. For keyed entry, an optional Rim Cylinder is available. Our CRL Push-Pad Rim Panic Devices can be used on either single doors, or double doors with a mullion. Minimum required door stile width is 4-1/4" (108 mm). For your convenience, these Devices come fabricated to 34-7/8" (886 mm) overall length, ready-to-install on 36" (914 mm) wide doors without any modification, and may be cut down to fit doors as narrow as 30" (762 mm). A dogging feature defeats locking action during business hours. A Blade Strike is included with each Exit Device.


Our Cat. No. DL950SS Satin Stainless Steel Panic Device offers a more durable and attractive architectural finish, but as with the other finishes, the internal components should not be exposed to moisture or a corrosive environment.

For keyed entry, an optional Cat. No. DL911SC Series, or other brand, Rim Cylinder is required.
