CRL NDC6CH Polished Chrome No-Drill Fixed Panel Glass Clamp

C.R. Laurence NDC6CH Polished Chrome No-Drill Fixed Panel Glass Clamp combines functionality with a sleek design, making it an ideal choice for securing glass panels without the need for drilling. Crafted from solid brass, this clamp not only ensures durability but also enhances the aesthetic appeal of any installation. One of its standout features is that it requires no glass fabrication, simplifying the installation process. This clamp is designed for use with monolithic tempered glass, accommodating a glass thickness of 1/4" (6 mm). It includes clear gaskets and mounting screws, providing everything you need for a secure fit. The no-drill design employs two nylon tipped set screws that tighten to hold the glass firmly in place. However, it’s crucial to note that these clamps should be used on a minimum of three sides of the fixed panel-top, bottom, and at least one side-and must be reinforced with silicone along all glass edges. Please remember that these clamps are not suitable for hinging doors off fixed panels. Ensure adequate structural backing support is in place for safety and stability. The polished chrome finish adds a modern touch, making it a versatile solution for various architectural applications.

Made of solid brass, and available in numerous stock finishes, these CRL No-Drill Fixed Panel Clamps provide an alternative to Clamps requiring drilled holes or notches in the glass. Two nylon tipped set screws are tightened to secure the glass. Mounting screws are also provided for the wall/ceiling/floor. Silicone must also be used for reinforcement along all glass edges where Clamps are used.


IMPORTANT NOTE: Do not hinge a door off a fixed panel using these Clamps. Clamps must be used on minimum of three sides of fixed panel (top, bottom, and at least one side). Silicone must be used for reinforcement along the entire edge of the glass where Clamps are used. It is the responsibility of the installer to determine if adequate structural backing support is being used.
