C.R. Laurence PH11CDU Black Bronze Bottom Door Patch with 1NT301 Insert offers a reliable solution for securing glass doors while maintaining a sleek aesthetic. Designed to accommodate 3/8" or 1/2" (10 or 12 mm) glass, this patch fitting features a pivot setback of 2-9/16" (65 mm), ensuring a precise fit for your installations. The included 1NT301 insert is compatible with tapered style spindle floor closers or free-swing pivots, providing versatility in various applications. Gaskets are provided to facilitate the use of this fitting with both glass thicknesses, ensuring optimal performance and functionality. For maximum durability, the PH11CDU supports a door height of up to 102" (2.59 m) and a weight of up to 194 lbs (88 kg), accommodating widths of up to 42" (1.09 m). Should your design exceed these limitations, full door rails are recommended for added support. This product comes with a template and instructions, simplifying the installation process. Please note, these fittings are not suitable for laminated glass. The CRL Bottom Door Patch Fitting includes the Catalog Number 1NT301 Insert for use with tapered style spindle Floor Closers or Free Swing Pivots. Covers are available in four standard finishes. Gaskets are supplied that allow this Patch Fitting to be used with either 3/8" or 1/2" (10 or 12 mm) Glass.

If the door exceeds any of these limitations, full door rails should be used.
