C.R. Laurence PHA5PS Polished Stainless North American Patch Door Kit offers a sleek, 'all-glass' look that enhances the sophistication of any entrance. Designed for use with 3/8" or 1/2" (10 or 12 mm) tempered glass, this kit is ideal for creating a free-swinging door configuration paired with a fixed transom and two sidelites. The comprehensive kit includes essential components: two PH40 Sidelite Mount Transom Patches, a PH20A Top Door Patch, a PH10C Bottom Door Patch, a 1NT306 Stop Insert, and a 1NT403 Bottom Pivot. Gaskets are also provided to ensure a perfect fit for your glass. For added security, kits are available with or without locks, allowing you to customize your setup according to your needs. With a pivot setback of 2-3/4" (70 mm), this door kit is engineered to meet GANA Guidelines for maximum door sizes. The polished stainless steel finish not only exudes modern elegance but is also resistant to corrosion, requiring periodic maintenance to maintain its factory appearance. CRL PHA5 North American Door Kits come with all the hardware to complete a free-swinging door with fixed transom and two sidelites, (except glass and additional supports for the fixed transom and sidelites). Pivot setback is 2-3/4" (70 mm). Floor closer with tapered spindle (ordered separately) may be used with this Kit.


Kit Contains:
  • 2 - PH40 Sidelite Mount Transom Patches
  • 1 - PH20A Top Door Patch
  • 1 - PH10C Bottom Door Patch
  • 1 - 1NT306 Stop Insert
  • 1 - 1NT403 Bottom Pivot
  • Gaskets for 3/8" or 1/2" (10 or 12 mm) tempered glass. (Holes and notches are required in the glass.)

    Kits with lock also come with one each Cat. No. AMR205 Patch Lock. Cylinders, thumbturns, and keepers are ordered separately.

    NOTE: For maximum door sizes when using this product, CRL follows GANA Guidelines.
