The Dormakaba® Overhead Concealed Closer 105 Degree No Hold Open is designed for ADA Barrier-Free 8.5 lbs. exterior doors. Also has dual action and non-critical valves for control adjustments of both closing and latching speed independent of each other. Each closer body comes packaged with mounting clips, templates, and instructions.
