Detex Corporation 106675-1 Weatherized Delay Egress Kit is a robust solution designed to enhance security in outdoor settings vulnerable to weather elements. This kit is ideal for locations such as garden centers, amusement parks, assisted living facilities, and sports arenas, where preventing unauthorized exit is critical. It features a 15-second delay mechanism paired with a loud 100dB alarm, ensuring effective deterrence against theft while maintaining safety for those who need to exit. The kit includes a factory-programmed, pre-wired delayed egress controller/power supply and comes with all necessary hardware items consolidated under one easy-to-order part number. A 10 ft. flex conduit loop adds versatility in installation, while the code-compliant delayed egress signage ensures legal adherence. The heavy-duty angled end cap protects the panic device from potential damage, and the system operates without the need for a magnetic lock, relying on the panic device for delayed exit functionality. Available in multiple finishes-including polished brass, brushed bronze, and brushed stainless steel-this kit seamlessly integrates into any architectural style. Secure your outdoor gates and exits with the Detex Corporation 106675-1 Weatherized Delay Egress Kit, where reliability meets durability.
