Hafele 917.42.003 Key Tag, RFID Tag-It offers a seamless solution for locking and unlocking wardrobes, lockers, and compartment cabinets with doors made of wood or HPL. Designed for indoor use, this programming key card employs advanced Tag-it™ technology, ensuring contactless, wear-free data transfer that is maintenance-free and resistant to external factors like moisture and dust. With the capacity to memorize up to 228 user keys and the last 150 key uses, this device is ideal for personnel, hotel, and clinic applications. The intuitive design includes a red/green LED indicator for visual feedback during programming and key authorizations. Each key tag allows for four locking authorizations, providing flexibility for various users. The key tag operates on four 1.5V/DC AA premium batteries (sold separately), which require replacement after approximately 10,000 cycles. Under low power conditions, locking functions are disabled, and battery access requires a special tool to ensure security. For added convenience, the Wellness Function enables users to select any open locker, enhancing usability in shared spaces. The Hafele 917.42.003 is a reliable and efficient component of the Dialock® system, designed to simplify access control while maintaining high security.
