Nortek Control AK-11 Exterior Digital Keypad offers a robust solution for keyless entry, designed to enhance security and convenience for residential and commercial applications. This digital keypad can store up to 480 unique entry codes, allowing multiple users to access the premises without the need for physical keys. Its intuitive design features a tactile key feel, ensuring users can confidently input their codes even in low-light conditions, aided by two LED indicators that provide clear feedback during operation. The AK-11 is equipped with a courtesy lamp that illuminates the keypad, making it easy to use at night or in dimly lit areas. For added security, the keypad lockout feature temporarily disables the unit after a set number of incorrect attempts, helping to prevent unauthorized access. Additionally, the integrated piezo sounder emits audible signals to confirm successful entries or alert users to errors. Shipping conveniently via UPS, the Nortek Control AK-11 is part of the Nortek Readers and Credentials series and falls under the keypad subtype. It’s an ideal choice for those looking to modernize their entry points while ensuring a reliable and secure locking mechanism.
