These readers work with standard cards with genuine HID technology, operating at 125 kHz. The Wiegand card data is transmitted untruncated. The reader range includes the proximity P50M reader with genuine HID technology and the proximity metal reader with genuine HID technology. These readers are pre-activated with 125kHz genuine HID technology out of the box. There is no need to purchase an activation license to use this technology.
