Richelieu WEBKIT1245651 HAWA JUNIOR 100 B ACOUSTICS System offers an innovative solution for sliding wood doors, accommodating weights of up to 100 kg (220 lbs). Designed with low-profile hardware, this system features automatic retractable seals that enhance sound attenuation while preventing drafts, odors, and light infiltration. The seals operate seamlessly through a stopper at the top and a floor guide at the bottom, providing both functionality and aesthetic appeal. This system is particularly effective for pocket door and wall mount applications, delivering sound attenuation effects of up to 41 dB for pocket doors and 35 dB for wall-mounted doors. Adjustable to door thicknesses of 44 to 50 mm (1-3/4 to 2 in), it is compatible with the Hawa Junior 100 B and Porta 60/100 series. Installation is straightforward, thanks to a removable upper track and spring-loaded stoppers that facilitate smooth operation of concealed pocket doors. The flexible bottom seal adapts to various floor shapes, ensuring a snug fit. HAWA JUNIOR 100 B ACOUSTICS System

HAWA JUNIOR 100 B ACOUSTICS System with low profile hardware and retractable seals for one wood door weighing up to 100 kg (220 lbs). Automatic retractable seals mount horizontally to the top and bottom of the door, providing sound attenuation and resisting unwanted drafts, odors, and light. The seals are triggered by a stopper at the top and a floor guide at the bottom. The bottom seal includes an aluminum channel for a concealed floor mounted guide.

IMPORTANT: Use metric dimensions for greater accuracy during installation. The level of sound attenuation depends upon the use of vertical seals and the construction of the door and walls. Cut a groove 23 mm (29/32 in) x 30 mm (1-3/16 in) in the bottom of the door and 31 mm (1-7/32 in) x 30 mm (1-3/6 in) in the top of the door. To remove track, its length must be 80 mm (3 5/32) shorter than the diagonal clearance from the top right corner of the door opening to bottom left corner.
