CRL RBR9 4" Cast Iron Rubber Base Drilling Ring

C.R. Laurence RBR9 4" Cast Iron Rubber Base Drilling Ring offers an essential solution for glass drilling applications. Designed with precision in mind, these cast iron rings feature robust rubber bases that securely adhere to the glass surface, ensuring a proper seal throughout the drilling process. This innovative design effectively retains abrasive grain slurry while the drill rotates, allowing for a seamless mix of coolant and abrasive material. As a result, users experience quick and efficient drilling, minimizing downtime and enhancing productivity. The RBR9 model is suitable for drills ranging from ½" to 4" in diameter, making it a versatile addition to any professional toolkit. Available individually or as part of a set, these drilling rings can be customized to meet specific project needs. Safety is paramount when working with glass, so always wear appropriate eye protection and perform work on a flat, horizontal surface. Additionally, a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI) is essential when using electric tools with water or coolant to prevent potential injuries. With an impressive diameter of 4-1/2 inches (114 mm), the C.R. Laurence RBR9 ensures reliability and efficiency in every drilling operation.
