C.R. Laurence Z206W White Z-Series Round Type 2" Radius Base Clamp for 1/4" and 5/16" Glass offers a reliable solution for securing glass in various applications, including partitions, railings, and windbreaks. Designed specifically for glass thicknesses of 1/4" to 5/16" (6 to 8 mm), this clamp is available in durable zinc or stainless steel, ensuring longevity and performance in both interior and exterior settings. The innovative radius back design accommodates 2" (50.8 mm) diameter round tubing, making installation straightforward. For optimal support, a 1/2" (12 mm) notch is required when utilizing the included steel pin. Each clamp comes equipped with rubber gaskets and a grommet for enhanced stability, while CRL’s ZB0LT Socket Head Cap Bolt and ZRNUT Rivet-Nut facilitate secure attachment to thin wall tubing. Measuring 2-1/4" (57 mm) in height and 2-1/8" (54 mm) in width, the Z206W clamp blends seamlessly into various architectural designs. The clamp’s white finish provides a clean aesthetic, making it suitable for a range of environments. Ensure that each glass panel is pinned as needed to prevent slippage, reinforcing the clamp's effectiveness. Replacement gaskets and hardware are readily available, ensuring that maintenance is hassle-free.

White Z-Series Round Type 2" Radius Base Clamp for 1/4" and 5/16" Glass

Our CRL Z-Series Round Type Radius Base Glass Clamps are designed to be used on glass thickness of 1/4" up to 1/2" (6 to 12 mm), and are available in either zinc or stainless steel. The clamps are the perfect solution for partitions, railings, windbreaks and countless other projects.


For securing the Z-Clamp to thin wall tubing (less than 1/8"), use CRL’s ZB0LT Socket Head Cap Bolt and ZRNUT Rivet-Nut. For installation, drill a 17/32" (13.5 mm) hole, then install the Rivet-Nut using 34604 Heavy-Duty Thread Insert tool and 34618 5/16" Mandrel and Nosepiece.

NOTE: 1/2" (12 mm) notch is required using the steel pin (included with the clamp) for additional glass support. Replacement gaskets are available by ordering CRL Cat. No. Z14RG.

Product Warning:

For interior CRL recommends pinning each glass panel as required when the glass is not supported from the bottom edge to prevent glass panel slippage. Rubber gaskets and steel pins are provided with each clamp.
