CRL 6236SS Rixson Satin Stainless 6 Series Concealed Overhead Stop 28-1/16" to 36"

CRL 6236SS Rixson Satin Stainless 6 Series Concealed Mount Overhead Stop is designed to provide exceptional protection for doors and entryways, particularly in environments experiencing moderate traffic and medium-weight doors. This overhead stop features a low-profile concealed slide track, ensuring a sleek and unobtrusive installation in both aluminum door webbing and door rails. With a maximum opening of 110º, the Rixson overhead stop limits door travel to prevent damage from heavy traffic, wind gusts, and potential vandalism. The heavy shock-absorbing spring allows for 5º to 7º compression before reaching a dead stop, safeguarding your door frame, closer, hinges, and pivots from undue stress. This non-handed model is ANSI 156.8 Grade 1 certified, making it a reliable choice for both exterior and interior doors. It comes with fasteners suitable for installation on both wood and metal doors and frames, ensuring versatility and ease of use. Constructed from brushed stainless steel, this overhead stop not only offers durability but also adds a modern aesthetic to any entryway. For optimal performance, periodic maintenance is recommended to preserve its factory finish. Experience the peace of mind that comes with the CRL Rixson overhead stop, a robust solution for your door protection needs.
