CRL 370PB Rixson Polished Brass Center-Hung Pivot Set

CRL 370PB Rixson Polished Brass Center-Hung Pivot Set is engineered for both interior and exterior applications, accommodating center-hung doors weighing up to 500 lbs. (227 kg). This robust pivot set is ideal for doors measuring up to 44" x 102" (1.12 x 2.59 m), making it a versatile choice for various architectural designs. The double-acting bottom pivot is non-handed, allowing for easy installation and flexibility, while it mounts directly to the floor using the included fasteners. Sealed bearings enhance durability by providing protection against weather elements, ensuring long-lasting performance even in challenging conditions. Included in the set is the 340 Center-Hung Top Pivot and a cover plate, offering a complete solution for your door installation needs. The polished brass finish adds a touch of elegance, although it is important to note that brass can be prone to oxidation, which may lead to a tarnished appearance over time. For optimal use, this pivot set is recommended for aluminum store front doors, ensuring a seamless and stylish entrance. With no shipping limitations, the CRL 370PB is an excellent choice for professionals seeking reliability and aesthetic appeal in their projects.
