Available in several architectural finishes, the polished brass option provides a classic look that enhances any space while ensuring long-lasting performance. It's important to note that while the brass finish is durable, it is susceptible to oxidation, which can lead to a tarnished appearance over time. For those concerned about aesthetics, it’s recommended to refer to the Brass Finish Disclaimer for maintenance advice. With a bottom door rail depth of 3/4 inches and no shipping limitations, this pivot is an excellent choice for building professionals and discerning homeowners alike. Elevate your door hardware with the reliability and style of the C.R. Laurence 9075PB.
