Acorn CFB4 Headless Brad-1-1/2" 4d-1 Pound is an essential addition to any woodworker's toolkit, designed specifically for applications where a slender nail minimizes the risk of splitting. Perfectly suited for furniture repair, cabinet construction, picture framing, and casement work, these headless brads provide a clean finish while ensuring strong, reliable connections. Crafted using original 19th and early 20th-century nail machines, each brad possesses a unique character, resulting in slight variations in head shape and nail length that add charm to your projects. With a standard finish, these nails blend seamlessly into wood surfaces, allowing for a polished look. One of the standout features of cut nails is their exceptional durability. Their unique shape pushes wood fibers downward, creating a wedging effect that significantly enhances holding power, making them difficult to remove once installed. This strength ensures that your projects remain intact over time, giving you peace of mind in your craftsmanship. Proudly manufactured and packaged in Mansfield, Massachusetts, Acorn's Headless Brads are bound to become your go-to choice for all woodworking tasks, providing both performance and quality in every pound. Embrace the reliability of these brads for your next project and experience the difference they make.

Headless Brad-1-1/2" 4d-1 Pound

The Headless Brad is used in wood applications where a slender nail will minimize splits. Often used for furniture repair, cabinet work, picture framing, and casement work. Headless Brads are only available in Standard Finish. All our nails are made on original 19th century and early 20th century nail machines, this may lead to variation in head shape and slight differences in nail length. Tremont nails are proudly manufactured and packaged in Mansfield Massachusetts. Cut nails posses great durability. They are hard to pull out because the shape causes the wood fibers to push downward and wedge against the nails, greatly strengthening the holding power. Once you have used them you will prefer to use them for all of you projects.
