Acorn CK50L Cut Spikes-5-1/2" 50d-Standard-50 Pound offer exceptional strength and durability for heavy construction projects. Designed specifically for driving through planking and heavy timber, these cut spikes are ideal for deck and bridge work. Crafted using time-honored techniques on original 19th-century nail machines, each spike is meticulously made by heating steel plates and hand-feeding them into the machinery, resulting in a product that embodies both craftsmanship and reliability. With a length of 5-1/2 inches and weighing 50 pounds per package, these standard finish cut spikes feature a unique shape that enhances their holding power. The design causes wood fibers to push downward, effectively wedging against the nails and making them difficult to pull out. This characteristic ensures that once you experience their performance, you’ll want to use them for all your construction needs. Available in hardened standard finish or hot-dip galvanized options, Acorn cut spikes maintain their integrity over time, making them a dependable choice for builders and contractors. Each package contains approximately 9 nails per pound, ensuring you have the quantity needed to complete your projects efficiently. Experience the difference that quality craftsmanship can make with Acorn CK50L Cut Spikes.
