Adams Rite 4900-25-101-628 Heavy Duty DeadLatch 31/32 BSAdams Rite 4900-25-101-628 Heavy Duty DeadLatch 31/32 BS offers reliable performance and enhanced security for commercial applications. Designed with a 31/32-inch backset and a flat faceplate, this deadlatch features a robust construction with a corrosion-resistant steel case, ensuring durability in high-traffic environments. The flat mortised strike measures 4-5/8 inches, making it suitable for flush or nearly flush installations. This deadlatch is engineered for flexible traffic control, allowing two-way access at designated times. A reverse turn of the key while the bolt is retracted retains the bolt, facilitating free swinging of the door. The solid brass latch bolt is easily reversible with a screwdriver, accommodating both left and right handing. Additionally, a stainless steel auxiliary latch pin deadlocks the latch bolt to prevent unauthorized entry. Included in the package are both flat and radius faceplates, a standard strike, and machine screws for mounting, making installation straightforward. The deadlatch operates with any standard mortise cylinder with an MS cam, and customization options are available for backset, strike type, and finish. With a limited warranty of five years, the Adams Rite 4900 Heavy Duty DeadLatch is a trusted choice for securing commercial spaces.
