Corbin Russwin 1070-114-A02-6 605 6-Pin LFIC Mortise HousingCorbin Russwin 1070-114-A02-6 605 6-Pin LFIC Mortise Housing offers a robust solution for your locking needs with its durable 1-1/4" housing crafted from solid brass. Designed specifically for use with Corbin Russwin’s 8000 Series Interchangeable Cores, this model features a standard A02 straight cam and comes in a stylish bright brass finish (605/US3), making it not only functional but visually appealing. One of the standout advantages of the interchangeable core system is the ease of rekeying. This allows non-technical personnel to rekey locks without removing them from the door, saving both time and money in maintenance. The 6-pin configuration is ideal for various applications, such as office buildings, schools, and hotels, where frequent rekeying may be necessary. The lock operates smoothly with all keys (change, master, and grand master), and rekeying is simplified with a special control key, ensuring security and flexibility. Additionally, the core can be integrated with conventional cylinders when planned from the outset, enhancing your building's security infrastructure. With a limited one-year warranty and a commitment to quality made in the USA, the Corbin Russwin LFIC Mortise Housing is an excellent choice for commercial installations.

Interchangeable cores provide rekeying convenience for virtually all types of keying systems.
Interchangeable cores like this save time and money over the life of a building.
Rekeying can be done by non-technical personnel without removing hardware from the door. When used system wide, IC provides tremendous rekeying convenience. When planned from the inception of a system, IC cylinders can be integrated with conventional cylinders.
IC is recommended for virtually all types of keying systems, such as office buildings, hotels, schools, hospitals and universities. When used in exit devices and other installations which are labor intensive to rekey, IC saves time and money over the life of the building.
All operating keys (change, master, grand master) operate the lock normally. To rekey, use the special control key. The control key operates at a separate shear line in certain chambers within the core. Only the control key is required to remove and install a core.
Cores are available in 6-pin (standard), 7-pin, security and Pyramid.
Corbin Russwin recommends temporary construction cores for greater security. Special construction master keying is also available, when planned from the inception of the keying system.
Concealed Key Control (CKC) is available for all Corbin Russwin cores.
