A downward tap is all it takes to secure the bracket in place, making installation a breeze. Available in three elegant finishes that beautifully complement the 80 Series Steel Standards, the 180B16 is suitable for both decorative display and practical storage applications. The back plate reinforces the bracket, allowing it to project straight out from the standards, enhancing its load-bearing capability. With a load capacity of 190 lbs per pair, this 16" bracket is ideal for heavy-duty shelving needs. For optimal performance, brackets should be spaced 16" on center, secured through 1/2" drywall into a 2-by-4 wood stud. Be mindful that wider spacing may reduce load capacity. Our Steel Standards and Brackets are all high quality, precision fitted pieces. They are easily assembled and mounted. These brackets fasten to standards with a unique, patented friction grip, insuring a firm and square hold with perfect shelf alignment. A back plate gives added strength so the brackets project straight out from the standards.

These published "Load Ratings" are to be used as a guide only. No warranty is expressed or implied. Weight "Load Ratings" for bracket are per pair. All "Load Ratings" are in Pounds (lbs.) Spacing on the Standards is 16" (406 mm) on center, through 1/2" (12.7 mm) drywall into
