CRL FR91222 - U.S. Aluminum Custom Size Dark Bronze/Black Anodized Class 1 Series 451 Tubular Offset Pivot Transom Frame Complete (1FT) is designed to enhance the functionality and aesthetic of your entryway. This complete frame accommodates a base 36" x 84" Offset Pivot Door, ideal for use with a surface mount closer. Crafted with 1S456 tubular jambs and a robust 1S467 header, this structure ensures durability and stability. Included in the package are an aluminum threshold, door stops, weatherstrip, and standard hardware preparations, providing everything you need for a seamless installation. The frame measures 2" x 4-1/2" (50.8 x 114.3 mm) and features an offset pivot design that allows for smooth operation and accessibility, although widths less than 40" may not pass A.D.A. inspection. All necessary fasteners for frame assembly are included; however, customers must supply their own fasteners to attach the frame to the opening.
