C.R. Laurence L20H3PB Polished Brass 50.8 mm Diameter 135 Degree Horizontal Corner for 21.52 mm or 25.52 mm Glass Cap Railing offers a sophisticated solution for your architectural railing needs. Designed for laminated glass, this slip-fit horizontal corner seamlessly connects straight lengths of CRL Cap Railing, ensuring a sleek and professional appearance with hairline joint assemblies. Constructed from durable brass, each corner is welded, finished, and individually packed, guaranteeing quality and longevity. It is available in four architectural finishes, enabling you to select the perfect match for your project aesthetics. The installation process is straightforward, as each corner comes ready-to-install; however, it does require two connector sleeves (not included) for proper assembly. To achieve a secure and lasting bond, the use of CRL’s 32629 Metal Contact Cement is recommended. For added security, specific rubber inserts and silicone must be used depending on the glass thickness, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Please note that while polished brass is an elegant choice, it is susceptible to oxidation, which can lead to a tarnished appearance over time. For more details, consult the brass finish advisory. This CRL Slip-Fit Horizontal Corner for 27/32" or 1-1/16" (21.52 or 25.52 mm) thick laminated glass allows for hairline joint assemblies with straight lengths of CRL Cap Railing. Use of our 32629 Metal Contact Cement is required to achieve a secure and permanent bond. Two Connector Sleeves are required for use with each Corner.

Each Horizontal Corner is fabricated, finished, and individually packed. Standard stainless alloy is 304. Stainless alloy 316 is available on special order. For more information contact CRL Railing Products Technical Sales Department.

NOTE: When used with 21.52 mm laminated glass, our LR21PV Cap Rail Rubber Insert and 95CBL Silicone should be used to secure the glass. When used with 25.52 mm laminated glass, secure with LR22PV Cap Rail Rubber Insert and 95CBL Silicone.
