Constructed from high-quality 1-1/2" Schedule 40 or 1.9" (48 mm) outside diameter stainless steel tubing, this blank post is designed to support guard rails or hand rails effectively. The vertical adjustable saddles accommodate 1-1/4" or 1-1/2" (31.8 or 38 mm) Schedule 40 hand rail tubing, ensuring a secure fit for various projects. Each kit is ready to be cut to size and features pre-drilled holes for easy attachment of glass brackets, allowing you to customize the installation to your specific requirements. Please note that glass attachment fittings are sold separately. With two standard stainless finishes available, the polished stainless steel option not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also provides durability against corrosion. The base plate cover is included, with a diameter of 4-3/4 in. (121 mm) and a thickness of 3/8 in. (10 mm), ensuring a robust installation. CRL's P7 Series Blank Post Kits are manufactured from 1-1/2" Schedule 40 or 1.9" (48 mm) outside diameter Stainless Steel Tubing, and are designed for guard rail or hand rail applications. Vertical Adjustable Saddles support 1-1/4" or 1-1/2" (31.8 or 38 mm) Schedule 40 Hand Rail Tubing. Kits are ready to be cut to size then drill and tapped for glass brackets. For screws to attach the Top Rail to the Saddle specify Cat. No. PRS1032.
