C.R. Laurence SCDW36360XGDU Duranodic Bronze Anodized Standard Size Self-Closing Deluxe Service Window is engineered for both durability and functionality, making it an ideal choice for high-traffic commercial applications such as drive-thrus and walk-up service areas. This window features a popular frame size of 35-1/2" W x 35-3/4" H, perfectly fitting a 36" x 36" opening. It ships factory glazed with 1/4" clear tempered glass, ensuring clarity and strength. Designed for heavy-duty use, the self-closing function is powered by a hydraulic mechanism concealed within the header, offering effortless operation. The window includes a thumb turn and self-latching handle for enhanced security, making it suitable for both interior and exterior applications. The full bottom track allows for manual opening and automatic self-closing, providing convenience without compromising safety. Available in a Duranodic Bronze Anodized finish, this window not only meets aesthetic needs but also ensures resilience against wear and tear. It’s important to note that while designed for service efficiency, these windows are not intended to serve as the primary building seal against severe weather conditions.
