CRL SS31634 Gray 3/16" x 3/4" Edgetech Super Spacer - 66 ft Roll

C.R. Laurence SS31634 Gray 3/16" Thick x 3/4" Wide Edgetech Super Spacer - 66 Foot Roll is engineered to enhance the efficiency of insulating glass unit production. This innovative spacer allows for the simultaneous fabrication of both regular and custom-shaped units, saving valuable production time by eliminating the need for desiccant beads and corner keys. Constructed from high-quality insulating silicone foam, the Super Spacer® significantly reduces perimeter edge condensation and minimizes overall window heat loss. Its unique design accommodates specialized insulating glass requirements, including curved shapes and triple-glazed units, making it an ideal choice for various applications. The spacer's UV-resistant material ensures long-lasting durability, preventing degradation over time. With a multi-layer vapor barrier that remains continuous at corners, the Super Spacer® offers superior moisture control and inert gas retention. Flexibility in the foam allows for thermal movement and glass bowing, further enhancing performance. Each roll measures 66 feet, and additional colors and bulk options are available upon request. For optimal results, it's important to pair the Super Spacer® with an appropriate edge sealant, such as CRL Hot Melt Butyl or CRL 877 Super Spacer Sealant. Always prioritize safety when handling glass products.
