CRL TV40122 - U.S. Aluminum Class I Bronze Anodized 7400 Series Thermally Broken Project-Out Bottom Vent Window for 1" Glazing offers an exceptional blend of durability and performance. Engineered to meet AW-95 AAMA standards, this window features a robust .125" nominal wall thickness and a polyamide strut thermal break, ensuring superior thermal efficiency. Its versatile design accommodates projected, fixed, or casement configurations, making it ideal for a variety of architectural applications. The window's construction utilizes tubular members that are mitered and reinforced with an extruded aluminum corner key, hydraulically crimped for added strength. To enhance functionality, the operating hardware includes stainless steel 4-bar hinges and cam locking handles, while optional hardware such as a roto operator, limit device, friction adjuster, and access control lock screens provide added convenience and security. For customization, optional extrusions are available, including head and jamb channels, mulling bars, and subsills. This window is designed for dry glaze installation, utilizing tape on the exterior and E.P.D.M. elastomeric wedges on the interior.
