CRL TV40771 - U.S. Aluminum 7400 Series Out-Swing Casement Window for 1" Glazing, Custom Paint offers a perfect blend of durability and functionality. With a nominal wall thickness of .125 inches and an AW-95 AAMA rating, this window is designed to meet rigorous performance standards. The polyamide strut thermal break enhances energy efficiency, providing superior insulation and comfort in any environment. The window's construction features reinforced corners with an aluminum corner key for added stability. It accommodates projected, fixed, or casement configurations, making it versatile for various applications. Built for dry glazing, the design incorporates tape on the outside and E.P.D.M. elastomeric wedge on the inside, ensuring a secure and weather-tight installation. Equipped with stainless steel 4-bar hinges and a lift handle lock, the operating hardware guarantees smooth and reliable operation. Optional hardware, such as 90-degree hinges for egress, high-performance operators, and multi-point locks, allows for customization to meet specific needs. The CRL TV40771 also offers various optional extrusions, including head and jamb channels, subsills, and mulling bars.
