C.R. Laurence VPK330RB Oil Rubbed Bronze 33" Two Point Vertical Post System is designed to elegantly stabilize fixed glass panels that do not extend to the ceiling. This innovative system serves as an exceptional alternative to traditional horizontal header systems, allowing for a cleaner, more modern aesthetic, particularly when paired with patterned glass featuring decorative edges. Stock kits include a 33" length of 2" diameter round tubing, two rivet nuts, a flat-style end cap, two tube adaptors with 1-1/2" diameter end caps and a removable top flange with set screw. The system is constructed from durable stainless steel and is available in four popular finishes, including the striking oil-rubbed bronze. It accommodates monolithic tempered glass and requires specific glass fabrication for tube adaptors and end caps, necessitating 3/4" holes. With a maximum bar length of 33" and compatibility with glazing thicknesses of 5/16", 3/8", and 1/2", the VPK330RB is perfect for a variety of applications. Custom kits and finishes can be easily obtained by submitting a drawing to C.R. Laurence's Frameless Shower Door Technical Department, ensuring a tailored solution for your project.

CRL offers two styles of our Frameless Vertical Post System. They are used to stabilize fixed panels of glass not reaching the ceiling, and provide an excellent alternative to customers not wanting to use the more traditional horizontal Header Systems that run across the entire width of the enclosure. An especially attractive look is when patterned glass with decorative, rippled top edges is used, since a Header System cannot be applied as a crown to the glass.


Two stock systems are offered the Floor-to-Ceiling Mount System and the Two-Point Ceiling Mount System. Stock Systems are prepared for behind-the-glass installation. Custom Systems and finishes are available by simply submitting a drawing to our Frameless Shower Door Technical Department. Tube Adaptors/End Caps require 3/4" (19 mm) holes in glass. Complete mounting details and installation instructions are available.
