Laurence Z312BS Brushed Stainless Z-Series Round Type 2" Radius Base Stainless Steel Clamp for 1/2" Glass is the perfect solution for a variety of architectural applications, including mezzanines, partitions, railings, and windbreaks. Designed specifically for 1/2" (12 mm) tempered glass, this clamp ensures robust support and aesthetic appeal with its sleek brushed stainless steel finish. The clamp features a radius base design, making it compatible with 1-1/2" or 2" (38 or 50.8 mm) diameter round tubing. For added stability, a steel pin is included, which can be used for additional glass support, requiring a 1/2" diameter hole for installation. Each clamp comes with rubber gaskets to enhance the secure fit and minimize movement, crucial for maintaining safety and integrity in glass installations. Whether you choose zinc or stainless steel, both materials provide durability, with stainless steel recommended for exterior applications due to its corrosion resistance. Custom painted finishes are also available upon request, allowing for seamless integration into any design aesthetic. Our CRL Z-Series Round Type Radius Base Glass Clamps are designed to be used on glass thickness of 1/4" up to 1/2" (6 to 12 mm), and are available in either zinc or stainless steel. The clamps are the perfect solution for partitions, railings, windbreaks and countless other projects.


For securing the Z-Clamp to thin wall tubing (less than 1/8"), use CRL’s ZB0LT Socket Head Cap Bolt and ZRNUT Rivet-Nut. For installation, drill a 17/32" (13.5 mm) hole, then install the Rivet-Nut using 34604 Heavy-Duty Thread Insert tool and 34618 5/16" Mandrel and Nosepiece.

NOTE: 1/2" (12 mm) hole is required if using the steel pin (included with the clamp) for additional glass support. Replacement gaskets are available by ordering CRL Cat. No. Z12RG. Replacement screws are available by ordering CRL Cat. No. ZCS5X15SS.

INCLUDES: Rubber gaskets and steel pin (for optional use) with grommet.


Product Warning:

For interior and exterior applications CRL recommends pinning each glass panel as required when the glass is not supported from the bottom edge to prevent glass panel slippage. Rubber gaskets and steel pins are provided with each clamp.
