Laurence Z410SC Satin Chrome Z-Series Round Type Flat Base Zinc Clamp for 3/8" Glass offers a robust solution for securing glass panels in various applications, including mezzanines, partitions, railings, and windbreaks. Designed specifically for 3/8" (10 mm) tempered glass, this clamp combines durability with aesthetic appeal, featuring a sleek satin chrome finish. Constructed from high-quality zinc, the Z410SC is ideal for both interior and exterior use, with the option of custom painted finishes available upon request for added versatility. Each clamp includes rubber gaskets and a steel pin for enhanced glass support, ensuring stability and safety. For proper installation, a 1/2" (12 mm) hole is required if utilizing the steel pin, while a 17/32" (13.5 mm) hole is needed for securing to thin wall tubing. Measuring 2-1/8 inches in height and width, with a depth of 1-3/32 inches, this round profile clamp is designed to fit square tubing or flat surfaces seamlessly. Our CRL Z-Series Round Type Radius Base Glass Clamps are designed to be used on glass thickness of 3/8" (10 mm), and are available in either zinc or stainless steel. The clamps are the perfect solution for partitions, railings, windbreaks and countless other projects.

For securing the Z-Clamp to thin wall tubing (less than 1/8"), use CRL’s ZB0LT Socket Head Cap Bolt and ZRNUT Rivet-Nut. For installation, drill a 17/32" (13.5 mm) hole, then install the Rivet-Nut using 34604 Heavy-Duty Thread Insert tool and 34618 5/16" Mandrel and Nosepiece.

NOTE: 1/2" (12 mm) hole is required if using the steel pin (included with the clamp) for additional glass support.

Product Warning:

For interior CRL recommends pinning each glass panel as required when the glass is not supported from the bottom edge to prevent glass panel slippage. Rubber gaskets and steel pins are provided with each clamp.
