C.R. Laurence Z910PS Polished Stainless Z-Series Square Type Flat Base Stainless Steel Clamp for 3/8" Glass offers exceptional support and versatility for a variety of architectural applications. Engineered to accommodate 3/8" (10 mm) glass, this clamp is ideal for use in mezzanines, partitions, railings, and windbreaks. Its flat base design ensures easy installation on square tubing or other flat surfaces, providing a secure hold for glass panels. Constructed from durable polished stainless steel, the Z910PS is resistant to corrosion, making it suitable for both interior and exterior use. For enhanced stability, a steel pin is included for additional glass support, with the option for custom-painted finishes available upon request. The product comes with rubber gaskets to ensure a snug fit, and replacement gaskets can be easily ordered with CRL Cat. No. Z38SG. Installation is straightforward, requiring a 17/32" (13.5 mm) hole for standard use, or a 1/2" (12 mm) hole when using the steel pin. With dimensions of 2-1/8" in height and width, and a depth of 1-3/32", the Z910PS combines functionality with a sleek aesthetic, making it an excellent choice for building professionals and discerning homeowners alike.

This CRL Z-Series Square Type Flat Base Glass Clamp is designed to be used on glass thickness of 3/8" (10 mm). Constructed from either zinc or stainless steel, the clamps are the perfect solution for partitions, railings, windbreaks and countless other projects.


For securing the Z-Clamp to thin wall tubing (less than 1/8"), use CRL’s ZB0LT Socket Head Cap Bolt and ZRNUT Rivet-Nut. For installation, drill a 17/32" (13.5 mm) hole, then install the Rivet-Nut using 34604 Heavy-Duty Thread Insert tool and 34618 5/16" Mandrel and Nosepiece.

NOTE: 1/2" (12 mm) hole is required if using the steel pin (included with the clamp) for additional glass support.

Material: Choice of Zinc Constructed or Stainless Steel. Stainless Steel or Powder Painted Zinc Clamps are recommended for more durability in exterior applications.
Glass Fabrication:
For 1/4" (6 mm), 5/16" (8 mm), and 3/8" (10 mm) Thick Glass: 1/2" (12 mm) diameter hole required if using provided steel pin for glass support.
For 1/2" (12 mm) Thick Glass: 9/16" (14 mm) diameter hole required if using provided steel pin for glass support.
Includes: Rubber Gaskets and Steel Pin (for optional use) with Grommet.
Replacement Hardware: CRL ZCS5X15SS for Replacement Screws


Product Warning:

For interior and exterior applications CRL recommends pinning each glass panel as required when the glass is not supported from the bottom edge to prevent glass panel slippage. Rubber gaskets and steel pins are provided with each clamp.
