C.R. Laurence ZUR02PS Polished Stainless Zurich 02 Series 180 Degree Glass-to-Glass Outswing Bi-Fold Hinge is engineered for exceptional performance in bi-fold applications. Designed for use with 5/16" (8 mm) to 3/8" (10 mm) tempered safety glass, this hinge promises durability and style, featuring construction options in stainless steel or solid brass, available in up to 13 stunning finishes. The innovative design requires only two holes per hinge per panel, eliminating the need for complex cut-outs and simplifying installation. When using two hinges, the ZUR02PS can support doors weighing up to 100 lbs. (45 kg) with a maximum width of 36" (914 mm). For added strength, three hinges can accommodate up to 150 lbs. (68 kg) over a maximum width of 40" (1.02 m). Included with the hinge are gaskets, screws, and glass fabrication dimensions, ensuring you have all the essential components for a seamless setup. This hinge is specifically designed for residential and hotel shower use, making it an ideal choice for elegant bathroom designs. The CRL Zurich Series of professional Hinges for 5/16" (8 mm) to 3/8" (10 mm) tempered safety glass was the first Bi-fold Hinge offered by CRL. All seven Zurich Hinge models feature stainless steel or brass construction, and are available in up to 13 finishes. Only two holes per Hinge per panel are required, with no cut-out necessary.



Use Item No. P512 Replacement Screws for Cover Plate available in multiple finishes. Conveniently packaged in packs of 100.

NOTE: Not Available in Germany.

Using two hinges with 5/16" to 3/8" glass (8 to 10 mm) the hinge will hold up to 100 lbs. (45 kg) with a maximum door width of 36" (914 mm).

Using three hinges with 5/16" to 3/8" glass (8 to 10 mm) the hinge will hold up to 150 lbs. (68 kg) with a maximum door width of 40" (1.02 m).
