Dormakaba RTS02 105 HO SZ4 Concealed Overhead Door Closer

DormaKaba Multihousing RTS02 105 HO SZ4 Overhead Concealed Closer offers a seamless blend of elegance and functionality, perfect for both commercial environments and sophisticated residential applications. Designed for aluminum doors and frames, this concealed door closer utilizes a cam action mechanism that ensures smooth operation, accommodating double or single-acting doors with a 105-degree swing. This model is non-handed, simplifying installation and making it versatile for various door types. With a closer size of 4, it is engineered to support doors weighing up to 250 pounds, ensuring reliable performance even under heavy use. The mechanical back check enhances safety by preventing the door from swinging too far, providing a positive stop feature that secures the door in place. The RTS02 also includes a hold-open function, allowing doors to remain ajar at a 105-degree angle, which is ideal for high-traffic areas. Installation is straightforward, and it can be shipped via UPS for added convenience. For architects and builders seeking an aesthetically pleasing yet robust solution, the DormaKaba RTS02 is a top choice, merging design with the durability required for today’s demanding environments.
