Hickory Hardware P8294-SM Self Mortise Hinge

Hickory Hardware P8294-SM Self Mortise Hinge offers a seamless solution for cabinet installations, combining elegance with practicality. Designed for flush or full inset cabinet facings, this hinge features a semi-concealed design that showcases only the elongated barrel and finely crafted finial, adding a touch of sophistication to any space. One of the standout attributes of the P8294-SM is its self-mortise functionality, which eliminates the need for machining or cutting into wood during installation. This feature not only simplifies the mounting process but also minimizes the risk of damaging cabinetry. Included with the hinge are all essential mounting hardware and eight matching screws, ensuring an effortless setup right out of the box. Crafted from durable steel, the hinge boasts a striking Silver Medallion finish. This finish harmonizes beautifully with pewter tones and warm, dark silver hues, while its matte sheen complements rustic textures, making it an ideal choice for both contemporary and traditional interiors. With a hinge opening degree of 110 and a projection of just 1/4 inch, the P8294-SM offers smooth operation without compromising on space. The hinge is sold in pairs, providing a complete solution for cabinetry needs, and is backed by a limited lifetime warranty, reflecting Hickory Hardware’s commitment to quality since 1893. Designed for free swinging applications, this functional hardware piece is a reliable choice for homeowners, builders, and designers seeking versatile and stylish solutions for kitchens, bathrooms, and furniture projects.
