Imperial USA TH1100-INT-DU Intermediate Pivot Set offers a robust solution for taller doors exceeding 83 inches, providing much-needed support to maintain alignment between the top and bottom pivots. Ideal for both flush face frame and 1/8" recessed door applications, this pivot set is specifically designed for aluminum doors weighing up to 125 pounds. Featuring a convenient 3/4" offset application, the TH1100-INT-DU is crafted from precision aluminum diecast, ensuring durability and strength. For doors up to 90 inches in height, one intermediate pivot is recommended, with an additional pivot for every extra 30 inches. The set includes full race ball bearings and Oilite bronze bushings, promoting smooth operation and longevity. Installation is simplified with a case-hardened pin that fully retracts, compatible with models TH1120 and TH1121. For easy adjustments, the pivot set provides vertical alignment features, enhancing the overall functionality of your door setup. Intermediate Pivot Set

Intermediate pivots are intended for doors taller than 83" that require additional support to keep the middle of the door in line with the pivots at the top and bottom. For use on both flush face frame installations and 1/8" recessed door applications. The pivots cannot be used on center hung doors. Suitable for aluminum doors weighing up to 125 pounds.
