LCN 1461-EDA 689 FC Surface Closer AL is a Grade 1 parallel arm surface closer designed for durability and versatility in commercial and institutional applications. The 1461 model boasts a full plastic cover that enhances its aesthetic appeal while protecting its internal components. This non-handed closer can be installed in various configurations-regular arm, top jamb, or parallel arm-giving you flexibility based on your specific door setup. The LCN 1460 Series is designed for maximum versatility, available with multiple cover options, it can be used for both commercial and institutional applications. This Grade 1 closer features a cast iron body with a full compliment bearing, 1-1/4 In. diameter piston, 3/4 In. diameter single heat treated pinion journal and all weather fluid. Spring size is adjustable from size 1 to 6.

• Non-sized (1-6) cylinder is adjustable for interior doors to 5’0” and exterior doors to 4’0”
• Closer mounts hinge side, top jamb and parallel arm on either right or left swinging doors
• Closer meets ADA requirements
• Standard or optional custom powder coat finish. Optional plated finish on Designer Series metal cover, arm and fasteners
• Optional SRI primer for installations in corrosive conditions
