OLYMPUS LOCKS 953-14A-C415A Disc Tumbler Cam Lock 7/8 Matte Nickel offers a reliable and efficient solution for your locking needs. Designed with a standardized plug size, this cam lock features an adapter bushing that allows it to work seamlessly with multiple cylinder lengths, enhancing flexibility for various applications. Installation is a breeze, as the lock comes packaged with a staple that retains the plug within the cylinder, eliminating the need for keys during setup. The absence of pre-attached cams means you can easily install it directly into a cabinet without any disassembly. Additionally, the anti-rotation washer ensures stability, allowing the eyelet spur washer to be securely locked down with a screw to prevent unwanted movement. This cam lock has undergone rigorous testing, passing the ANSI/BHMA Grade 2 cycle test with 20,000 cycles of key insertion and removal. Each unit includes a body and cylinder that are pre-assembled for quick installation, along with one 1-1/2" straight cam and one offset cam to suit different configurations. Two keys are provided, and the zinc die-cast construction includes a 5-disc tumbler mechanism, allowing the key to be removed in both locked and unlocked positions.
