CRL SS31666 Gray 3/16" Edgetech Super Spacer, 66 ft Roll

C.R. Laurence SS31666 Gray 3/16" Edgetech Super Spacer - 66 Foot Roll is a revolutionary solution for producing high-quality insulating glass units. Designed to accommodate both regular and specially shaped units, this spacer simplifies the manufacturing process by eliminating the need for desiccant beads and corner keys, saving valuable production time. Its unique multi-layer vapor barrier effectively prevents perimeter edge condensation and significantly reduces heat loss through windows, enhancing energy efficiency. Crafted from superior insulating silicone foam, the Edgetech Super Spacer® is UV resistant, ensuring long-term durability and performance. Its flexible design easily adapts to glass bowing and thermal movements, providing a reliable edge seal. The permeability of the foam allows for rapid moisture absorption, while a high-performance barrier film minimizes moisture vapor transmission and inert gas loss. Each roll measures 66 feet in length, offering ample material for various projects. Available in both gray and black, this spacer meets the needs of diverse architectural applications. For optimal performance, it is essential to pair the Super Spacer® with an edge sealant, such as CRL Hot Melt Butyl or CRL 877 Super Spacer® Sealant. Equip your glazing solutions with the reliability and efficiency of C.R. Laurence's Edgetech Super Spacer®.
