CRL SS1266 Gray 1/2" Edgetech Super Spacer - 66ft Roll

C.R. Laurence SS1266 Gray 1/2" Wide Edgetech Super Spacer - 66 Foot Roll is a cutting-edge solution designed for the efficient production of insulating glass units. This innovative spacer allows for the simultaneous creation of both regular and specially shaped glass designs, including curved and odd-shaped units, without the hassle of adding desiccant beads or assembling corner keys. Crafted from superior insulating silicone foam, it effectively eliminates perimeter edge condensation and significantly reduces heat loss through windows. The UV-resistant material ensures long-term durability, preventing degradation while accommodating glass bowing and thermal movement. Additionally, the multi-layer vapor barrier is continuous at the corners, minimizing moisture vapor transmission and inert gas loss. With a generous 66-foot roll length, this spacer is available in both gray and black options, providing flexibility for various projects. It is important to note that the Super Spacer® must be used with an edge sealant, such as CRL Hot Melt Butyl or CRL 877 Super Spacer® Sealant, for optimal performance. Ideal for building professionals and knowledgeable homeowners alike, the CRL SS1266 promises ease of use and superior insulation capabilities, making it an essential component for any glazing project.
