This innovative spacer is crafted from superior insulating silicone foam, effectively eliminating perimeter edge condensation and significantly reducing overall window heat loss. The unique design allows for easy fabrication of specialized glass designs, including curved and odd-shaped units, as well as triple-glazed constructions featuring art glass inserts. One of the standout features of the Edgetech Super Spacer is its time-saving design-there are no desiccant beads to add or corner keys to assemble, streamlining your production process. The flexible foam accommodates glass bowing and thermal movement without requiring head compression. A multi-layer vapor barrier ensures continuity at corners, while the UV-resistant silicone prevents degradation over time. Each roll measures 66 feet (20.1 m) in length and is available in gray or black, with additional colors and bulk options available upon special request. Please note that the Super Spacer requires an edge sealant, with recommendations including CRL Hot Melt Butyl or CRL 877 Super Spacer Sealant.
