C.R. Laurence CPF20BPS Polished Stainless Curved Top Door Patch Fitting with 1NT304 Insert is the ideal solution for modern glass door applications, seamlessly combining style and functionality. Designed for use with 3/8" or 1/2" (10 or 12 mm) monolithic tempered glass, this fitting ensures a secure and elegant installation. The 2-11/16" (68 mm) pivot setback makes it compatible with overhead concealed door closers featuring a 9/16" (14 mm) square and 3/4" (19 mm) long spindle. Included with the CPF20BPS are gaskets for easy fitting with both glass thicknesses, along with a template and detailed instructions for straightforward installation. Notably, the glass fabrication requires a 3/4" (19 mm) diameter hole and corner notch, ensuring precision and reliability during setup. It is essential to note that this fitting is not suitable for laminated glass and has specific maximum dimensions: a height of 102" (2591 mm), weight of 194 lbs (88 kg), and width of 42" (1092 mm). The CRL Curved Top Door Patch Fitting includes the 1NT304 Insert for use with our Overhead Concealed Door Closers that have a 9/16" (14 mm) square and 3/4" (19 mm) long spindle. Gaskets are supplied that allow this Patch Fitting to be used with either 3/8" or 1/2" (10 or 12 mm) Glass.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Door Closer needs to be adjusted back 1/16" (1.6 mm) to achieve 2-11/16" (68 mm) pivot setback to work with this patch fitting.
