Laurence PH41RBS Brushed Stainless Right Hand Sidelite Transom Patch with Support Fin Bracket and 1NT300 Insert is designed for robust support of transoms mounted from sidelite glass panels. This versatile patch fitting accommodates both 2-3/4" (70 mm) and 2-9/16" (65 mm) pivot setback door patch fittings, allowing for seamless integration into various installations. It is compatible with 3/8" or 1/2" (10 or 12 mm) glass, making it suitable for a range of glazing applications. The included 1NT300 insert facilitates mounting with CRL's PH20A or PH21A top door patch fittings. For configurations involving single doors, the insert can be easily removed on the non-hinged side for a double-swinging door setup. The support fin bracket should be secured to the ceiling, especially when the transom weighs over 100 lbs. (45.4 kg), ensuring stability and safety. This product comes complete with a template and instructions for straightforward installation. However, please note that glass fabrication is required, including five 3/4" (19 mm) diameter holes and two corner notches. The brushed stainless steel finish not only enhances durability but also adds a modern aesthetic to any space, while periodic maintenance is recommended to preserve its appearance.

The
CRL Left Hand Sidelite Mounted Transom Patch with Support Fin Bracket is used to support a transom from a sidelite glass panel. It comes with a
INT300 Insert for mounting a door with a CRL
PH20A or
PH21A Top Door Patch Fitting. For single doors, the insert can be removed on the non-hinged side allowing for a double swinging door. A
INT306 Transom Patch Door Stop Insert can be used to create a one way door. Also, a
INT305 Transom Patch Keeper Insert can be installed for use with an
AMR205 Lock when used for a top of the door installation. The support fin glass should be sized in accordance with approved design criteria (refer to GANA or Manufacturers Manual) and secured to the ceiling with a
Ceiling Mounted Support Fin Bracket.
If the weight of the transom exceeds 100 lbs. (45.4 kg) the transom must be supported from the ceiling. This is to prevent the Patches from slipping from too much weight. Use either Cat. No. B5BC Smoke Baffle Channel or PH94 Patch Fittings. Please contact our Technical Sales Department for assistance.
