C.R. Laurence PHE1LBS Brushed Stainless European Patch Door Kit - With Lock offers a sleek and modern solution for creating a functional and stylish single free-swinging door. Designed for use with 3/8" or 1/2" (10 or 12 mm) tempered glass, this kit includes all necessary hardware except for the glass itself, making it an efficient choice for building professionals and discerning homeowners alike. The kit features high-quality components, including the PH21A top door patch and PH11C bottom door patch, along with necessary top and bottom pivots (1NT401 and 1NT403). The pivot setback is set at 2-9/16" (65 mm), ensuring a seamless fit for various architectural designs. For added security, the kit is available with a patch lock (Cat. No. EUR205), with additional cylinders, thumbturns, and keepers sold separately. Gaskets are included to accommodate the specified glazing thickness, although holes and notches in the glass are required. It is important to note that for maximum door sizes, compliance with GANA guidelines is recommended. CRL PHE1 European Patch Door Kits come with all the hardware to complete a single free-swinging door (except the glass). Pivot setback is 2-9/16" (65 mm). Floor closers with tapered spindles (ordered separately) may be used with this Kit.


Kit Contains:
  • 1 - PH21A Top Door Patch
  • 1 - PH11C Bottom Door Patch
  • 1 - 1NT401 Top Pivot
  • 1 - 1NT403 Bottom Pivot
  • Gaskets for 3/8" or 1/2" (10 or 12 mm) tempered glass. (Holes and notches are required in the glass.)

    Kits with lock also come with one each Cat. No. EUR205 patch lock. Cylinders, thumbturns, and keepers are ordered separately.

    NOTE: For maximum door sizes when using this product, CRL follows GANA Guidelines.
