Laurence SUP06BN Brushed Nickel Frameless Shower Door Fixed Panel Wall-To-Glass Support Bar provides a robust solution for stabilizing fixed glass panels in shower enclosures that do not extend to the ceiling. This support bar serves as an excellent alternative to traditional header kits, ensuring safety and stability without compromising design aesthetics. Designed for use with monolithic tempered glass, the SUP06BN accommodates glass thicknesses ranging from 1/4" to 5/16" (6 to 8 mm). The bar features a bell-shaped clamping device on one side and a solid brass end cap with a swiveling U-shaped receptacle to secure the glass panel effectively. With nylon-tipped set screws, this system prevents glass-to-metal contact, enhancing durability and safety. Available in lengths of 39" (1 m) and 51" (1.3 m), the support bar can be easily cut to size, making it adaptable for various configurations. Notably, installation is straightforward, as no hole drilling is required in the glass. These CRL Fixed Panel Support Bars stabilize fixed panels of glass in enclosures that do not go all the way up to the ceiling. The Wall-to-Glass Bar has a bell-shaped clamping device on the wall side, and a solid brass end cap with a swiveling U-shaped receptacle to secure the fixed glass panel. The Glass-to-Glass Bar has solid brass end caps with swiveling U-shaped receptacles on both ends to secure each fixed panel.

Nylon-tipped set screws secure the glass and prevent glass-to-metal contact. Bars are available in two lengths, and in sizes to secure 1/4" to 1/2" (6 to 12 mm) thick glass. Finishes are available to match most of our hinges, knobs, and pull handles. No holes or cut-outs are required in the glass. Longer length Bars only are available separately.
