CRL 322VB 5/16"-18 Rivet-Nut / Poly-Nut offers a superior solution for creating permanent threads in a variety of materials, enhancing efficiency and reducing labor costs. Engineered for versatility, these aluminum threaded Klik® Poly-Nuts can accommodate thin materials as light as .010" or .020" (0.25 or 0.51 mm) and thicker materials up to .080" or .125" (2 or 3.17 mm). Ideal for applications involving metal, fiberglass, or rigid plastics, these poly-nuts provide a vibration-proof, nearly flush installation that ensures an excellent fit. The innovative installation tool allows for compression fitting, enabling the nuts to hold securely in place while accepting machine bolts and screws with thread sizes ranging from #6-32 to 3/8"-16. Available in bulk quantities or as part of a comprehensive kit featuring an insert tool, mandrels, and a full selection of seven different sizes, these poly-nuts come neatly packaged in a sturdy plastic carrying case with a compartmented tray. These CRL Aluminum Threaded Klik® Poly-Nuts are designed to provide a very efficient method of placing permanent threads in thin materials down to .010" or .020" (.25 or .51 mm) and thick materials up to .080" or .125" (2 or 3.17 mm). Perfect for use in metal, fiberglass and rigid plastic previously too thin for tapped threads. They provide a vibration-proof, nearly flush installation with an excellent fit to application materials. The special installation tool sets these vibration-proof, nearly flush threaded poly-nuts by compression fit, and they hold themselves in place to accept machine bolts and screws in thread sizes from six head-32 thread, to 3/8" head-16 thread.


These Threaded Poly-Nuts can be purchased in bulk, or can be purchased in a Kit which contains one insert tool, mandrels, and a full selection of all seven sizes of nuts and inserts. All are held in a sturdy plastic carrying case with compartmented tray. Tool, mandrels, nuts and inserts are also sold separately.
