C.R. Laurence Z206SC Satin Chrome Z-Series Round Type 2" Radius Base Clamp is engineered for durability and versatility, accommodating glass thicknesses of 1/4" to 5/16" (6 to 8 mm). Crafted from high-quality zinc, this clamp is available in a sleek satin chrome finish, making it an ideal choice for both interior and exterior applications. Its radius base design ensures a secure and stable mounting on 2" (50.8 mm) diameter round tubing, perfect for partitions, railings, and windbreaks. Installation is straightforward; simply drill a 17/32" (13.5 mm) hole and utilize the CRL ZB0LT Socket Head Cap Bolt and ZRNUT Rivet-Nut for thin wall tubing applications. Each clamp includes rubber gaskets and a steel pin for optional use, providing additional support for glass panels. Notably, a 1/2" (12 mm) notch is required for enhanced glass stability when using the provided steel pin. With a height of 2-1/4" (57 mm), width of 2-1/8" (54 mm), and depth of 15/16" (24 mm), this clamp meets various project needs while maintaining a clean aesthetic. Satin Chrome Z-Series Round Type 2" Radius Base Clamp for 1/4" and 5/16" Glass

Our CRL Z-Series Round Type Radius Base Glass Clamps are designed to be used on glass thickness of 1/4" up to 1/2" (6 to 12 mm), and are available in either zinc or stainless steel. The clamps are the perfect solution for partitions, railings, windbreaks and countless other projects.


For securing the Z-Clamp to thin wall tubing (less than 1/8"), use CRL’s ZB0LT Socket Head Cap Bolt and ZRNUT Rivet-Nut. For installation, drill a 17/32" (13.5 mm) hole, then install the Rivet-Nut using 34604 Heavy-Duty Thread Insert tool and 34618 5/16" Mandrel and Nosepiece.

NOTE: 1/2" (12 mm) notch is required using the steel pin (included with the clamp) for additional glass support. Replacement gaskets are available by ordering CRL Cat. No. Z14RG.

Product Warning:

For interior CRL recommends pinning each glass panel as required when the glass is not supported from the bottom edge to prevent glass panel slippage. Rubber gaskets and steel pins are provided with each clamp.
